Minutes for meeting held March 14 at Culley's Bar and grill. 16 members were in attendance.

 The Easter Egg Hunt is ready to go. The Lion's will host a brat fry at the same time. The hunt is scheduled to be held at 1p.m.

 Chris informed us the the Farmers Market will need some advertising. It will probably open sometime in mid June.

 Andres is working on the tourism map. They would like to have it out by Mother's Day. So far we have 30 responses.

 April

There will be ribbon cuttings scheduled for May and June.

 Tom is checking with the Kewaskum Stateman as to putting a small ad into their brochure they are offering.  

Dennis Kelliher is our new Business and Development Chairperson.

Kevin Riley will take over the web site.

 A new business is expected to open in the village. It would be a coffee shop. The details are not known and we will hear more in the very near future.

Brenda from the FCEDC has new business people willing to come to the village but space is a problem.

 Joel reported that the dodge ball idea may be expensive but everyone is looking for ways to help fund the project.

 We will be sending out reminders  for membership and will follow with a phone call.

 Judy reported that she has a prize that was given to the Chamber and would like to donate it to the CAA. It was agreed to do just that.

 Flower pots will be back in spring.

 Rock, Paper, Scissors is in order, and all results will be official.

 The next quarterly meeting will be at National Exchange Bank at the end of May.

 There was no old or new business.

 

It was decided that Lois would represent the Chamber at a meeting held at UW-FDL and would report back at the next meeting.

 The next meeting will be held at noon on Tuesday, April 10 at CC Cody's.

 The meeting was adjourned at 1p.m.
