Minutes of the April 14, 2004 Chamber of Commerce meeting.
Meeting called to order by Pres. Judy Holzman at 7:00 AM at Lindsley Construction.
Present were Jackie Lindsley, Judy Holzman, Joel Fleischman, Dean Uelman, Larry Koffman, Mary Tuttle, Judy Christensen, Andrea Abler Hanson and Chris Schanen.
The minutes of the last meeting were approved on a Roth/Lindsley Motion.
INFORMATION AND TOURISM-Larry/Joel/Tom
Website-Free pictures (82) of them, can be downloaded of the Easter Egg Hunt.
Beard-A-Thon pictures will be on the web-site. (30) Entrants.
Membership list update and committee list will be posted on the web-site shortly.
Larry Koffman – continued discussion of what and how the tourism booklet should look like. Chris Schanen offered to help Larry and to notify Joyce K. from Kewaskum.
The picnic/Parade Report included information about the Perron Truck Pull, T-shirts, and Beard-a-thon and working with 92.5 for ads about the 4th of July paid for by the CFD.

Guy Rice working on engineering for Welcome Sign
Contacted Ken Stubbe FCEDC on proper communication approaches for development.
Develop and expand a web-site for building and development to recruit new business to our area.
PROMOTIONS & EVENTS – Jackie/Raelene
Easter Egg Hunt was a great success with 318 bags given out.
Plans are in progress for Customer Appreciation Day. All Chamber members have been called and notified about the day May 16th, from 11:00 to 1:00.
Judy C to contact the MorNorth Mortgage Company for a Ribbon Cutting moment, and to talk with Chuck Lichtensteiger about his new office for a possible ribbon cutting.
TREASURERS REPORT – Julie
Check book balance is $15,673.63 and Money Market (Development Fund) is $8,737.84. Decided to keep funds liquid, as interest is so very low.
MEMBERSHIP REPORT – Julie
Will have a list of all new Chamber members before Customer Appreciation day. All names will be listed in the newspaper.
NEXT MEETING MAY 12TH. AT CAMPBELLSPORT PUBLIC LIBRARY CONFERENCE ROOM AT 12:00 NOON. LUNCH PROVIDED BY NATIONAL BANK AND EXCHANGE.
