Minutes for Meeting held April 10, 2007 at King Pin Lanes;

 

There were 17 members in attendance.

 

The memberships are coming in slowly. It was mentioned that a phone campaign will begin to see why members are not rejoining. There have been 3 mailings and one set of emails already sent out.

 

There will be a benefit for Liv and Tony Moyer on April 28 to help with their medical expenses.

 

A new Day Care will be built next to the Aurora Clinc in Campbellsport. The day care presently is located on the corner of Fond du Lac Ave, and Sheboygan Streets.

 

The Easter Egg Hunt was a success considering the weather. The amount of children was down from previous years.

 

Some picnic plans were discussed. Joel asked for a budget of $750 for the dodge ball tournament. All proceeds will go toward new playground equipment.

 

There will be a Social held at National Exchange Bank on May 8th from 5:15-7:00.

 

Ann Reilly donated an acre of land on the Milwaukee River to be used for whatever purpose the Chamber would want. It has not been decided whether or not this gift will be accepted due to the liability.

 

June 28 is the date set up for the Fond Du Lac Symphonic Band to play at Firemen’s Park in Campbellsport.

 

The meeting was adjourned. The next meeting has not been set up and members will be contacted through email.
