Chamber of Commerce Minutes for January 2005
The CACC met January 12th at the Old National Exchange Building. Judy and Bob Holzman made us bag lunches for the meeting. Our thanks to their brown bag lunch. We all had different treats reminiscent of school days.
Present were Sherri Loehr, Lynn Serwe, Julie Roth, Ton Krueger, Judy Holzman and Bob Holzman, Mary Tuttle, Joel Fleischman, Pat Schickert, Lorri Galligan, Judy Christensen, Chris Schanen, Jackie Lindsley, Dean Uelman, and Jackie Rindt.

Joel Fleischman Business Development and Awareness
Talked about FDEDC – community readiness training of 5-3 hour sessions
Talked about possible ways the Chamber could help a new business to start up in our town.
Chris Schanen discussed Easter and asked for an additional $100.00 for Easter Promotional material.
Jackie Lindsley questioned whether to have a Customer Appreciation Day. The chamber decided that there would be none this year, and to look at it again next year.
It was discussed and decided that a questionnaire would be made up for the annual meeting. Each Chamber member should have a question to ask the directors or each other to determine our 2005 goals.
Tresurer Report – Julie Roth
$17,000.00 in checking, $8,700.00 in Money Market and $1,400.00 in shared savings with Kewaskum.
Judy Holzman reported that she is working on a newsletter for publication very soon. All that have something to contribute e-mail her your reports.
The Annual Meeting of the Campbellsport Area Chamber of Commerce will be at the Amber on February 23. This will be the last time we dine with Lois and Dale as they are leaving the first of March. It will be a time for all of us to say Thank-you to them for all their community involvement.
The next CACC directors meeting will be February 9th, breakfast at the Amber 7:00A.M.
