The Campbellsport Area Chamber of Commerce met on Wednesday July 14th, 2004 for a noon luncheon provided by and at the Fin N Feather in New Prospect.

Present were Joel Fleischman, Betty and Dennis Krueger, Tom Krueger, Judy Christensen Judy Holzman, Larry Koffman, Julie Roth, Ken Stubee, Dean Uelman Sandy and Sandi of Mornorth and Jackie Lindsley.

Both reported the progress on the informational booklet, which will be out the end of this summer work is in progress and there have been meetings with Joyce Kral.

Larry introduced a new member to the Chamber Jackie Rindt of Valley Hydro Excavating, whose company donated the holes for the New sign in Campbellsport.

Promotion and Events- Joel Fleischman

Reported that the T-shirt sales to date were 1031 and that the brat fry was a big success. All the paper work is done for the World Book just now have to sit back and wait, but we still have the biggest brat in America. There will be articles on where to buy more brat shirts. The picnic was a big success and everyone worked hard and long to make it the best parade/ picnic yet. Plans are underway for next year.

Business Development & Awareness-Dean and Joel

Dean Uelman reported that there would be a First Impressions meeting at the library on the 13th. The folks from Brillion have sent their report and Dean will be reporting their impressions of our town.

The sign will be forthcoming!!!!!!!!!

Joel reported on Development with Agnesia Health Care proposing to build a new clinic North of Piggly Wiggly. A few possible business ventures are looking at our town. Joel will keep us posted.

The Chamber is sponsoring a symphony Band in the Park on Thursday July 22, 2004.
