The meeting was called to order by Tom at 8:05 at Fussy Feebies in Campbellsport. In attendance were: Tom, Chris, Sherry, Joel,Liv, Judy, Jackie, Lois, Ike, Andrea.
 
Liv talked about the Farmers Market. No one has participated so far, but people are asking about when the start date will occur.
 
The new sign prototype was shown. We need to add phone numbers and email address.Also a magnet may be added to advertise upcoming events.The cost per year will be $75 for the use of the land.
 
Ribbon Cuttings will have to be scheduled when members do not forget to go. The suggestion was made to have them right after the monthly meeting.
 
The Chamber stickers were discussed and will be looked into.
 
Business Development; Ike and Joel told us that a plan for a candy/coffee shop may be in the works. We have several nice properties in the village that would be suited for this type of business.
 
Promotion and Events: Jackie stated that all is quiet at this time. There was a question about a car show. This show will be at the July 4th picnic.
 
Eisenbaum Trail  was discussed and there are many ideas in the works to make the trail going through town look nice. As this is in the future no plans are firmly in place at this time.
 
Treasurers Report: Everything looks good. We had several new memberships.
 
Lois's Report. No Welcome Baskets this month. Several phone calls to the  Chamber.
 
July 4th Report: Joel gave us a run down for the upcoming festivities.Rock, paper, scissors will be a very special event with lots of media. This should become a recognized National Event.
 
On July 3rd. the West Bend Tumblers will perform. Also the Campbellsport Dance Team and Rock, Paper, Scissors.
 
On July 4th: Hopefully a fly-over before the  parade. 2 carnival acts, Truck Pull, Horse Drawn Carriage, Car Show, Pony Rides, Fireworks.
 
Social went very well. The next meetings for the socials will be: August the Campbellsport Clinic, November, Fin-Feather, February, Campbellsport Inn, May, National Exchange, August; The Lunch Box, November, Tom' Quality Millwork.
 
The idea of having a Alumni Band for next years July 4th parade was brought up. This will take some time to organize.
 
Piggly Wiggly is looking for help and ideas for August 3rd . They will be doing DNA testing with the children along with the Police Dept. They are also having a big produce sale in their parking lot. The idea of the Chamber selling Chamber Bucks there was discussed.
 
A number for Display Sales for banners and flags for the village can be found by calling Tom at the Fin and Feather.
 
A new way to give Chamber Bucks was discussed and Julie will be looking into it.
 
Lois gave a short message asking if the Chamber could help the VFW with next year's memorial day service at the park. Flags and beverages and some food items were discussed.
 
8 planters have been ordered and Judy asked if we should plant them this year. It was decided that Chris will have some plants left and it should be done.
 
The next meeting will be July 14th at Loehr's at 11 a.m.. This is their Crazy daze and we will have lunch there as well. Meeting Adjourned.
