The Campbellsport Area Chamber of Commerce Met at Fussie Feebie’s on Wednesday, May 11, 2005 at 7:00 A.M.

Committee Reports Information & Tourism – Andrea/Tom
Tom reported that they are really behind on the printing of the tourism book. Their goal was to have it done by now, but business got too hectic, and now they hope to have it by June 1st.
Ribbon Cuttings will be announced as they come up. Keep looking for them on your e-mail.
Business Development – Joel/Larry
The CAB announced that the business "Set in Ink" would be moving in with NSP. They will be having a new sign soon at the NSP location.
Farmers Market could and would be held at the Erin Enterprise parking lot or possible Firemen'’ Park on Sunny Saturdays. The Chamber is looking for someone to develop the event. This would be a paid position.
Joel reported that everything is set for the 4th of July celebration. The truck Pull entry fee is $100 per team. The competition is limited to the first 15 men’s and women’s teams that sign up. Visit Culley's Bar and Grill on Main St., for rules and information. Trophies will be given to the winners.
Press events will be coming out in the next 2 weeks
Profit from truck pull will go to lavatory and playground improvements at Firemen’s Park.
Need Volunteers for bar tending during the truck pull
Need sponsorships for the truck pull.

Treasurer’s Report – Julie
All is looking good, and late membership fees are arriving after Judy gave those a phone call reminder.
New Business
Brenda-Hicks-Sorensen from the Fond du Lac Development Board reported on the tourism DVD. The Chamber voted to provide this committee $250.00 with matching funds from the village. The Chamber also voted to make Chris Schanen the voice on tourism for the D.V.D., which will be published in October.
Next meeting will be June 8th at Noon at Columbus Parc - bring a bag lunch.
