Chamber of Commerce Directors meeting at Precision Metals Wednesday October 15, 2003.

Present Pat Adams, Joel Fleischman, Albert Fleischman, Dean Uelman, Chris Schanen, Judy Holzman, Jackie Lindsley, Larry Koffman, and Judy Christensen.

A letter was read from Lois Zingzheim. She was respectfully resigning due to personal and business obligations. She wrote that she would help in any way she could whenever she could, but could no longer Co-Chair the Promotions committee.

Judy Holzman is working on the CACC newsletter and will have it out by Monday the 20th.

Dean Uelman gave an update on the village signs, and signs directing travelers to Campbellsport. He felt that we should incorporate two different approaches one announcing and one directing. More study needs to be done.

Joel will be adding a master list of committee members to the Web-site.

House Decorating for Christmas will include the 533 phone area. Discussed that the judging would be done earlier, and perhaps have two vans covering the area.

Joel knows a Santa and Reindeer for hire. Albert Fleischman, representing the lions, offered to pick up the cost. This will be the first Saturday in December at 1:00.

Jackie reported that the Caper is progressing. That the fireworks have been paid for by donations. Food would be taken care of by Pat Adams. Volunteers are needed for the hayride, corn maize, and spook trail. Judy Christensen will be calling for help in those areas.
