October 13^th the Chamber met at Culley’s for a 7:00 breakfast furnished by our President Judy Holzman.

Present were Tom Krueger, Jackie Lindsley, Julie Roth, Judy Holzman, Jackie Rindt, Andrea, Dean Uelman, Judy Christensen and Joel Fleischman.

Information & Tourism Andrea and Tom reported that informational booklet for The Chamber members will be ready by April 1^st. The booklet will come out every 5 years and be as general about the Chamber business as they can get. There will be an insert in the booklet on a yearly basis with maps and more specific information. This will make the booklet timely and relevant to the area.

Ribbon Cutting will be for Culley’s on Saturday 11:00.

Ground Breaking for the new car wash "Firebug" is Wednesday October 20^th at 12:15

A recap of the business development meeting, where it was decided that Street Signs were something they were not going to visit at this time. That a Kiosk in the future would be a way to go .Also that a plan needed to be set in place…….such as available properties, areas to target, and major fundraising when a direction has been established.

Flowerpots are being ordered and the FFA will donate the flowers and care.

Promotions & Events Jackie Lindsley/ Raelene

The Halloween Caper is on target and volunteers need to help. Give Jackie a Call.

A motion was made by Julie Roth and seconded by Jackie Lindsley to have the Lumberjacks during the Campbellsport Carnival. This would be sponsored by the Chamber, with the approval of the fireman, would be a fundraiser for the Chamber.

Next Meeting will be at Ben Franklin on November 10^th at 7:00 A.M.
