CAMPBELLSPORT, Wis. (June 23, 2006) – You learned it as kid: Rock beats Scissors, Scissors beats Paper and Paper beats Rock. Now, this nearly universal hand signal game has its first ever Wisconsin State Championships, which is taking place on July 3, 2006 in Campbellsport. The competition has been officially endorsed by the World Rock, Paper, Scissors Society based in England.
