Agnesian HealthCare's Campbellsport Clinic sees patients from newborns to seniors, women and men. Thomas Fabricius, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician with prenatal care, and Patricia Hayes, PA, physician assistant, diagnose and treat a variety of medical concerns, from prenatal care (up to seven months), ear infections and rashes, to diabetes and heart disease. The clinic is located at 350 E. Sheboygan Street.

Campbellsport Clinic patients are enjoying a new, approximately 5,700-square-foot facility, which can accommodate up to three healthcare providers. The clinic offers enhanced medical imaging and laboratory services, as well as nine exam rooms, a spacious waiting room with a special children's area and expanded parking.
