Minutes for meeting held Wednesday December 12 at the Campbellsport Inn. 
   
  There were 13 members and guests in attendance.
   
  Information and Tourism:  There was no report this month
   
  Business and Development: The playground grant continues. The Chamber would like
to have a joint meeting with the Village Board. It was further discussed that
Chamber members should attend the Village Board meetings on a regular basis. 
   
  Promotions and Events: It was mentioned that the idea of having window displays in
the village at Christmas time be discussed. Each business would have a holiday
display. This would promote villagers and guest to stroll the main street and also
promote business. 
   
  Treasurer's Report: $5,000 has been deposited in a CD. The finances are all in order.
   
  Membership: It was reported that there should be a change in the membership forms.
The form should enable us to find out what activities new members would like to
become involved in on a regular basis. 
   
  Lois's Report: There was very little activity this last month. Nothing new to
report. 
   
  Old Business: The DPW building walk will be Jan. 19Th from 10a.m. - 2p.m. No
refreshments will  be served. 
   
  New Business: We are looking for new board members. Anyone interested please
contact Tom Krueger. The Annual Meeting will be held at the Fin and Feather on
February 18Th.
  We are looking to revise the active member list once again. Lois will be taking
care of this throughout the month of January. 
   
  It was discussed that we may want to have a mission statement that would enable
new Chamber members to thoroughly understand what the Chamber would like to
accomplish throughout the year. 
   
  The next meeting will be at King Pin Lanes on January 9Th at noon.
