Minutes for the meeting held Wednesday evening June 13, at the Campbellsport Inn. 8
members and guests were in attendance. It was a short meeting due to amount of
members present.
   
  The Farmers Market is going well. It will open this weekend June 16th in front of
the Ben Franklin/True Value Hardware Store. The Farmer Market signs have been
distributed and Janet said there are still some available if you need them. There
also will be signs posted in the planters on Main Street advertising the event.
   
  Brenda reported that there are new businesses looking to come to our area. She
also reported that several other new businesses are doing well. She is also trying
to find a replacement for Dr. Dean who has resigned his post from the FDEDC board.
Anyone who is interested should contact Brenda.
   
  The shelter for the trail is still being investigated. Scott will be looking into
this and will report back to the Chamber on his findings.
   
  The July 4th celebration should be all set to go. It was reported that the
Dodgeball event and the Rock Paper Scissors tournament are all organized. 
   
  Julie is on vacation but submitted her financial report. All looks well. 
   
  Lois reported that the Welcome Baskets are being delivered and that several more
need to go out. It is always busy in the Spring of the year as more people move
during this time. The Chamber phone has been busy with inquiries about the July
4th celebration and also about tourism in the area. The new Kettle Moraine Maps
have been distributed to all members in the village and to all members that are
advertising in it. The exception being to members  are quite far out of town and
Lois will try to get to them at the same time to conserve gas and time.
   
  The meeting adjourned with no other comments. 
   
  The next meeting will be held in Ashford on July 11th at Shenanigans.  There will
be several ribbon cuttings that day after the noon meeting.
